How it works everywhere we operate

1. Send photos. Two minutes on the form or a phone call.
2. Get a fixed written price. Scope written out, contracting entity named, warranty attached.
3. Scheduled, not "sometime". A real appointment window, work photographed before and after.
4. Sign off and pay. Anything wrong in the warranty window, you call us — not the crew.

We deliberately stay out of licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural work. Work we can scope from a photo and price with confidence is work we can warrant.
