What we collect
When you use the quote form or call us: your name, phone number, email, postal code, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to send. To show you the right country’s site, our hosting provider tells us which country your connection comes from, based on your IP address; we use that on the spot and do not store it. If you choose a country yourself, we remember that choice in one small cookie. We use cookieless, aggregate website analytics that do not identify you. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, schedule and perform the work you asked for, follow up on it, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
The licensed local contracting company that will perform your job, so they can prepare for and complete it. Service providers that host this website and process form submissions on our behalf. Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to quote, perform and follow up on the work, and afterwards only as long as required for tax and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We only send marketing messages if you ask for them, and every message includes a way to opt out.
