For contractors · Canada
Scheduled work, priced and paid, without the sales job.
We are now in 16 cities in British Columbia. We find the customers, quote the jobs, schedule them and collect payment. You bring an insured crew that does good work, in Thatcher Home shirts, and gets paid on time.
What you get
- Jobs arrive scoped. Photos, a written scope and a confirmed date — not a vague lead to chase.
- No marketing, estimating or chasing invoices. We handle the customer from first call to final payment.
- Paid net 15 at an agreed rate, with a small holdback released 30 days after customer sign-off.
- You run your crew. Who does the work, how it is done, your tools and your methods stay yours.
- Start small. Three trial jobs, then decide whether the volume is worth it to you.
What we ask
- An established business with at least two technicians
- General liability insurance of at least $1 million, naming Thatcher Home as additional insured
- An active WorkSafeBC account and clearance letters on request
- A business licence for the municipalities you work in, and Technical Safety BC licensing for any electrical or gas work
- Before-and-after photos of every job, and our customer communication standards
- No soliciting the customers we send you
Contractor questions
Do I have to pay anything to work with you?
No. There is no sign-up cost, no lead fee and no monthly charge. We pay you an agreed rate for the work you do.
Do I have to give up my own customers?
No. You keep running your own business. What we ask is that you do not solicit the Thatcher Home customers we send you, for their jobs or future work.
Who talks to the customer about price?
We do. We quote, schedule, invoice and handle any callback. You receive the scope, the photos and the date, and you do the work.
How do you pay?
Net 15 from completion at the agreed rate, with a small holdback released 30 days after the customer signs off.
